Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) Assessment, Standards & Education for Students with Disabilities (ASES) Collaborative
June 27, 2025 – Denver, Colorado
NCADEMI is presenting, Education Technology That Works for All Students With Disabilities. CCSSO ASES members will learn how “accessible” means educational technology that works for all students with disabilities. Members will also learn about the center’s work in helping schools and families improve the accessibility of digital educational materials and instruction from preschool through high school graduation. Thank you to CCSSO and the National Center on Educational Outcomes (NCEO) for the invitation and support to participate in this year’s ASES Collaborative.
2025 Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) Conference
August 5-6, 2025 – Washington, DC
NCADEMI is proud to be presenting with multiple partners at this year’s OSEP Conference. With representatives from the Rhonda Weiss Center and Dr. Natalie Shaheen, we’ll be presenting, Strategies and Tools for Full Digital Access to Educational Materials and IDEA Data for Individuals with Disabilities. With representatives from the Center for the Integration of IDEA Data (CIID), the Center for IDEA Fiscal Reporting (CIFR), and the National Center on Educational Outcomes (NCEO), we’ll be presenting, Cultivating Effective Systems to Support Children and Families with Data Standards.

Recent Conferences
New Hampshire Department of Education Assistive Technology Expo: Transition Across Age Spans
May 2025 – Concord, New Hampshire
NCADEMI exhibited and presented at this free event focused on assistive technology (AT) solutions that support independence across the lifespan. Participants of the expo included family members, educators, service providers, and individuals exploring AT options.
National Parent Center Conference
April 2025 – Denver, Colorado
NCADEMI had an exhibit table at the 2025 National Parent Center Conference in Denver, Colorado. We enjoyed talking with parents, caregivers, and Parent Center staff about the importance of advocating for the use of accessible digital educational materials by students with disabilities.
