OSEP-Funded Centers
OSEP-Funded Centers—including TA&D Centers, Parent Centers, and Stepping Up Technology Projects—develop digital products and services that support improved learning outcomes for students with disabilities. NCADEMI provides technical assistance to help these centers ensure that their digital materials and technologies are accessible to all users.
Technical Assistance for OSEP-Funded Centers
In 2025, NCADEMI gathered input from staff of OSEP-Funded Centers through a national survey and focus group. The study explored the challenges Centers face in ensuring the accessibility of their digital products and services. The report, Technical Assistance Needs of OSEP-Funded Centers: Summary of 2025 Data Collection, summarizes key findings and insights.
Building on these findings, NCADEMI offers weekly Tuesday office hours from 2:00 – 2:30 p.m. ET, to provide OSEP-Funded Centers with timely opportunities to discuss accessibility questions and receive guidance.
Our team can assist with improving the accessibility of a wide range of digital products and communications, including websites, documents, PDFs, slide decks, videos, email messages, e-newsletters, and virtual meetings. We can also help your project strengthen practices for selecting and procuring digital materials and technologies that meet accessibility standards.
