Overview
This session takes a look at the Quality Indicators developed to support improved access and outcomes for students with disabilities. Presenters will explore the legal foundations of these indicators under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II. They will also review their history, structure, and application, and discuss how to use the Hexagon Tool to assess agency readiness for implementation.
